The 2nd Project meeting of ACCORD was held at the University of Antwerp. It was a wonderful moment of discussion about the results of the survey, by which we have collected nearly 600 answers to some psychometric tests related to intercultural personality and conflict resolution skills. Moreover, the Antwerp team has proposed very interesting theory-driven conflict scenarios based upon cultural misconceptions, which form a perfect base for the implemetation of the gaming scenarios.
The next phase will focus in organising regional workshops, where we plan to involve teachers and other representative stakeholders in order to acquire first hand information about the type of conflicts and scenarios in which conflicts tend to occur in schools. Social and psychological dimensions will be investigated, in order to inform the modelling of the virtual agents in the game.
